Coffee Table Book Centerpiece

Bring seasonal cheer to any barren wall in your home with this easy to do, beginner level flower arranging project.

What you will need:

• 3 Old Books
• Gold Spray Paint
• 1 Yard 2” White Ribbon
• 15 Silk White Daisies
• 12 Silk Sprigs Mauve Lilacs
• Glue Gun

Directions:

1. Glue books together, one on top of the other as shown.

2. Spray completely with gold paint in a well ventilated area.

3. Let dry completely.

4. Wrap ribbon around books as though wrapping a parcel.

5. Make a 6 loop bow with 4 inch loops.

6. Glue where ribbon intersects in center of stack of books.

7. Glue lilacs in between ribbon loops.

8. Glue daisies in between lilacs as shown in picture.

This unique centerpiece looks beautiful at any time of the year. Make it either with fresh or silk flowers.

Easter Variation:

Substitute daisies with lilies to make it an Easter table centerpiece.
